Saint Bibiana
Saint Bibiana is located at 1327 E Brady Street and is the sister establishment to Dorsia and Jo-Cats. We serve up tantalizing, high-quality dishes with the freshest ingredients. Saint Bibiana is named after the patron saint of hangovers. Bibiana was a martyr, and according to legends, after her death, the herbs that grew around her grave were used to treat common maladies—including hangovers.
